Hindi ka ba naku-curious kung ano o sino si Grimace??? Sa mga hindi pa nakakaalam... si Grimace ay yung batchoy na kulay ube na mascot ng McDo. Ano ba siya? At ano ba ang papel nya sa buhay ni Ronald?

Sabi sa website ng McDo, eto daw si Grimace:

"Grimace is a big, loving, fuzzy purple fellow who is Ronald McDonald's best friend. He's sure Ronald is the world's ultimate authority on everything. While Grimace loves all McDonald's foods, he's absolutely crazy about milkshakes. Grimace is very enthusiastic and eager to try new things. His joyous spirit helps everyone overlook the fact he's a little slow and clumsy sometimes."

Ows? E ano naman ngayon?!?

Actually, si Grimace ay kontrabida na may anim na kamay na nagnenenok ng milkshakes. Ika nga sa isang website:

O di ba... napakagandang ehemplo sa mga kabataan??? Pero ang pinakamagandang mga teorya ay galing (kanino pa?) kundi sa mga Pilipino:

unang teorya: Si Grimace ay isang ube mascot. Ung McDo marahil ay may ice cream o shakes na ube ang flavor.

after the holy week, i became busy looking for practicum sites for this summer. i was unemployed for about 2 weeks while most of my classmates were already starting their practicum ( really made me feel so hopeless and "taranta/ngarag" those days!). and finally, got hired at Radio Mindanao Network (RMN News Manila) in Brgy. Ugong, Pasig. I really had a great time there! I felt so welcomed and everybody was really nice to me. :-) the family spirit was there that's why i enjoyed their company so much. :-)
...now, i am missing a lot of good people there at RMN. at least, we still communicate through our cellphones, you know!:-) and we haven't got our evaluations yet...so, see you all guys this coming Saturday!;-) (picture, picture!hehehe!)

at the moment, i am having my second practicum in Malacañang, at the Office of the Press Secretary Operations Center. at first, i'm having second thoughts about it but because we are running out of time and have to complete 200 hours before May 31, i was forced to accept the blessing God had given me... indeed it was a blessing! the people there are so "maasikaso", thoughtful, nice, crazy and amazing! :-) there are so cool and easy to be with.:-) ...some cuties pass by once in a while..:-) (angas lang minsan, papampam, nagfifeeling!c",) ...i just hope everything will be fine...i know God, it was Your Will for me to be there...i know You are always by my side...especially when i am transcribing the news, the news i can't hardly understand even in maximum volume! (i think i am already deaf..ha?! what did u say?! pardon me?!).

I am thankful for You Jesus for guiding me all throughout my practicum (pre=actual=post).
You have always made the way for us, for me! especially where there seems to be no way!:-) (sounds familie?!)

When you are tempted to sin, you give in HA HA HA, you make me sick. Sin is beginning to take it's toll on your life. You look 20 years older, and now, I need new blood. So go ahead and teach some children how to sin.

All you have to do is smoke, get drunk or drink while under-aged, cheat, gamble, gossip, fornicate, and live being as selfish as possible. Do all of this in the presence of children and they will do it too. Kids are like that.

If you were smart, you would run somewhere, confess you sins, and live for God with what little bit of life that you have left. i just want to share one of my favorite songs at the moment.=) sung by rhett miller, this was his 1st single, taken from his debut album "the instigator" (go check him out!). i like this song so much because it speaks of that spark of hope living inside of me against my greatest fear in life...being ALONE and SAD....

i admit i am emotional.... i get easily moved on touching and meaningful songs, movies, and stories. anything that deals about family, friendships, relationships, generally life's precious moments no amount of money could ever buy or replaced....=) that's why i really treasure even the smallest thing a dear person had given me (even if it looks like a trash for some) =)

i usually create friendships among others easily. but you know, actually, i am preventing it to happen. because i know there will come a point that it will just give me disappointments and heartaches...like how it had usually done in the past...=(

Hi! at last i'm back! hehehe! c",)
I think this blog is not going anywhere?!...i really have to update it now! ...so here goes my novel!hehehe! :)

first about the METEORA craze....huhuhuhuhu!!!!! unlucky me, i still don't have a copy of it! grrrr!!!!.....there are so many things to prioritize u know?!....
that's why i can't update my blog regularly, missed the free LP shirt, and according to my roommate, free concert tickets?!? OH MY GOSH!!!! that's it!...
but anyway, maybe it was not really meant for me at that time...(yeah, right!) ...and i know, i believe, sooner or later i'll be numb in listening to it, savoring every line of the songs in the album, the drum beats and guitar loops playing over and over and over again in my head...barely breathing...haaaay...... so, if there's a good soul out there reading this at this very moment, i will gladly appreciate your kindness if you...you know?...see me and surprise me with that thing...hehehe!! ;-)
...ok that's enough!!!!

next, is about our adventure in Majayjay Laguna! c",)
i'll never forget that experience in my entire life! not only because i really enjoyed the camping and the company of new friends but most especially the bonding created between each of us, the "bully group", as what our classmates call us, hehe...no-offense-bullying u know?! (is there such a thing?!) anyway, this overnight camping and bonding revealed to each one of us the worth of our friendship. this experience really helped us to go deeper into our relationship as friends, to be more open with each other and to accept each others weaknesses and strengths. :-) ....it was such a nice feeling riding on top of a "jeep" as in sa bubong ng jeep! it feels like riding on a rollercoaster and jungle log jam at Enchanted Kingdom!hehehe!.. the road was like going way down to hell! round and round...deeper and deeper...hehehe! glad i'm still alive! ;-) when we reach Barangay Taytay, Majayjay, Laguna i thought we were the only ones staying for the night to camp in the forest, but because it was saturday, it seems like there was a vigil in the evening! everybody lit candles as their source of light (of course if u didn't bring a flash light what else will u use, diba?!) by the way, even if it is a favorite spot of tourists and other campers to spend their summer and it has kinda gain popularity because of a tv series here in the Philippines (Tabing Ilog), it is still a remote place, no electricity, sometimes no network coverage (in my case), can't have clear reception of NU 107, as in freezing cold and darkness around u....but at least they have comfort rooms now (yuck! it stinks, some ill-mannered campers!) and the pathway has rails to hold onto now, according to my friend, she and her friends used to balance themselves just to pass through it, u slip, u fall down, bump your head to the huge rocks around the place, break your bones, death blooms!...har har har! ;-) haaayyy....i really had so much fun there we climbed the mountain to get to the 2nd floor of the Imelda falls, mud all over my hands, u have to get a grip on the roots of the trees to climb up and down.... really freaky up high!..made me dizzy a little bit...hmmm, sometimes i'm really afraid of heights... :-( ...but of course the best part was the jamming, saturday night! of course my most awaited part, the tagayan blues!hehehe!c",) we sang and drunk gilbey's gin with pomelo juice!har har har!:-) haaaayyy...that was really a night to remember! if u only knew what really happened....hmmmm......
so to make it short (i'm kinda tired na e!) we all had a great time together!!! :-) and i hope there would be a next time! :-) ....thanks tiyo manuel, ninong reden, pinsan darius and kuya eric for taking good care of us all!!!!!hhhuuuuyyyyyy!!!!!!! c",) see ya all soon! :-)

and finally, exams were over and i just hope the results for 2nd semester would be enough reason to say that all the sweat and support of my family and relatives had paid off....well, don't worry guys just one more year and i'll be able to pay all my dues....hopefully!!!! hehehe!:-)
